Among Graffiti Walls

Before heading to HongKong I did a little research about street art and graffiti walls, I wanted to shoot some fashion/creative pictures and I found the perfect street to explore, chill and get some shots.

I came across this area Graham street, comparatively to other areas  this one was quite hipster based and filled with expats. I spotted this uphill slope with this colourful street art wall and me and my sister set a little picnic and began exploring and shooting.

Breaking The Rules

Pencil skirts create the best silhouette for a curvy girl' This black one from forever21 is a staple in my wardrobe and the most easiest to style. For this fashion story I went all monochrome and paired up this skirt with a basic white tee. Curvy girls are told not to wear clingy clothes or body fitted skirts. Break the rules girl' Body fitted clothes create an hourglass shape. Flatter those hips and emphasise the waist. There is something so chic about putting up black & white together , that's a combination that works effortlessly.

To all you beauties out there who hesitate to try new styles , Body confidence does not come from trying to achieve the perfect body, it comes from embracing the one you've already got

Fusion Vibes

A bond between east and west is the best fashion trend when it comes to being creative with fusion wear. I have styled many Misaa More outfits, but this one has to be my favourite. When styling this outfit, the process was getting hectic, I was running out of ideas and ways to style this gorgeous blue and pink maxi. When I hit the 'artist/creative block, I drove my inspiration from the ethnic side of trends. Palazzos are a big hit at the moment & what better way to style this outfit. I went to the mall tried a bunch of palazzos different colours, different fits and I had a winner! I picked up an electric blue palazzo which went perfectly with my divine intervention Missa More maxi. To take the look to the next level I wore a necklace as a 'maang tikka' , added some rose gold touches with a BeBe clutch and Aldo heels.

Writing from Hongkong, Happy Sunday !

I am back here for a few weeks and the weather is great. It is bright , beautiful and windy. The flowers are blooming and its colourful and vibrant everywhere. I came up with this look inspired by the hues of this climate. Sometimes, a bold and fearless colour is the only accessory you need. I am wearing this summer-friendly and super comfortable orange and green dress from Zara, paired  with bright orange heels form catwalk , to break the colour and compliment the orange I added my new white and gold sling from Christian Lacroix.
